Fatal Error Uploading Image

I get the following error when I try to upload an image that is larger than max size (must be resized).

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /data/21/2/1/58/2001058/user/2188335/htdocs/pp-classifieds/image-inc.php on line 128

I've already tried the following fix:

Fatal error when uploading some images...

I've set the image software to GD2.

Any ideas?

Adding the ini_set to pp-inc.php should help with GD2

Try setting it to 60M or 72M you only set yours to like 16M?

Pumped it up and same error occurs:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2048 bytes) in /data/21/2/1/58/2001058/user/2188335/htdocs/pp-classifieds/image-inc.php on line 128

You might need to ask your host to raise the php memory limit because your site is not allowing ini_set lines.

I'm trying to figure out what Network Solutions policy is on this but I imagine whatever it is they won't change it. Is there a reason the PhotoPost vGallery works fine but the Classifieds does not?

I cant say your script is dieing here

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
which means GD2 is dieing here

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Its dieing because GD2 does not have enough memory

Well Network Solutions won't change their settings. Are there any other options. If not can you recommend a another hosting provider. I guess I may have to start all over.

Thanks,
Nick...

Nick I would suggest westhost.com I use them and they are very good. You can have a vds account which allows you to change anything on your server for cheap.
