Paid Install

Hi,

I spend about an hour trying to install the classifieds script to no avail, I just paid $59 to have you guys do it, as I don't want to mess anything up.

My order#techimo-21923

Who do I send my server username and password to?

Thanks.

Chuck S January 15th, 2010 07:01 AM

Customer Service will send you the install document and information needed and you would send that stuff back to them.

JacobYTG January 15th, 2010 01:07 PM

Thanks Chuck.

No problem let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.

JacobYTG January 15th, 2010 07:53 PM

Ok, so to make a longer story short, Got that new HP smart touch(model C309n) web all-in-one printer today(my old printer died today), so I could print and fax the documents back to you guys, and the damn software wouldn't install in my windows 7 64-bit system, on the phone with HP support for an hour, and they couldn't install it either.

So took it back for a Cannon MX860, so hopefully that will install fine.

While I was out, I went to Fedex and they faxed the documents to you guys, did you get them?

Chuck, I emailed you my login usernames and passwords, did you get them?

Thanks Chuck, I appreciate all the assistance on this.:)

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 02:04 AM

Ok, because your email was on the customer service notice they sent me.

Chuck S January 16th, 2010 07:16 AM

thats fine I am referring to the install doc nothing happens until thats sent to them.

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 10:55 AM

Ok, I haven't heard anything back yet, are they closed on the weekends?

Chuck S January 16th, 2010 11:24 AM

No they should process orders 24 hours a day. If your last name is Lucier then your install was just sent to me like 2 hours ago so it will most likely be done sometime today.

Gotta do my support rounds first ;)

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 11:39 AM

Ok, Yes, thanks Chuck.:)

Chuck S January 16th, 2010 11:41 AM

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 04:17 PM

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 07:58 PM

Chuck S January 16th, 2010 08:17 PM

Current Version 3.21

JacobYTG January 16th, 2010 09:43 PM
