Well picked up my secon Classifieds and for some reason I can never seem to get things to install with out Chuck's help

Anayways I copied my config from my other install, changed the paths and figured i was good... Well almost, got to where it installs the language strings (phrases.php) and then it goes boom (500 error) Ideas, suggestions?

As always thanx

500 error is pretty generic. You can check your servers error logs to give you more an idea what the true error is.

I completely understand you there. HMM some things to try because alot of this could come down to the server.

Try raising PHP memory through an ini_set in the script you know how to do that right?

Whats the url?

Chuck, I have PP runnning on this site and Classifieds running on another site on the same server. So I know it is not a server related issue but rather some sort of configuration that I am missing or not understanding and entering incorrectly.

Prevous problems with installations are also posted as I can not seem to get it right the first few dozen times.

As we discussed in a prior install issue the server is pretty hefty...

PHP Memory Limit 128.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 125.00 MB
PHP Max Post Size 150.00 MB

Just because photopost installs does not mean you dont have an issue with the server and classifieds. These are two two different programs and the zip data and phrases for example are quite large amounts of data it could be that.

Anyway feel free to send us pertinent sign in urls etc to take a look through our contact link in the header.

I agree but since I already have classifieds running on this server under a different domain I think the issue is configuraiton related. Will go thru the support channel.

Thanx
