Headtags.htm

Can someone tell me what folder I should be able to find "headtags.htm"

I have done a search of my site and can not locate "headtags.htm or headertags.htm." I found "header.htm" and "footer.htm"

There would not be that file unless you have created one.

Ok. What is is suppose to be for?

It is used to place tags that normally go between head tags in a page as opposed to the normal header footer html
