Directories that doesn't exist

Hi,

This one doesn't make any real sense to me.

I have been seeing a guest "localhost" on my site 24X7 jumping from directory to directory (image) that doesn't exist. It desn't happen very quick maybe every 3 or 4 minutes it will jump to some thing else that doesn't exist.

The first thing that doesn't make sense is the fact that those directories doesn't exist within classifieds so it is not if it once was there and now it is gone. This have been going on for the last 24hours and thought I'd ask here..

Thanks

From the who's online I've seen this as below over a few minute period jumping from the one to the other.

Where you the guy that at one time had an install issue with a wrong data path?

For example if you had your data path wrong and google had those images spidered then maybe you have a bot of some user view the links and jump to your site they are getting to a page that does not exist.

Hi Chuck,

No it wasn't me but this is kinda freeky .

What I now did now was to remove a forum that I created as a link to the classified section (You know where you add a URL as a forum) instead of the forum being a forum...

Now "it" is not changing location anymore and I can see for the last 10 minutes it's been at the same URL. The strange thing is that the link that I added for the forum to classifieds was a plain http://www.mysite/forum/classifieds so it is not if it can go anywhere else..

..and as I type this it doesn't show in online people anymore.. explain the odd directories to classifieds to me
