Still having upgrade problems HELP

Thanks. I really will need to know why this upgrade isn't working as I have 4 sites in total to upgrade.

The only flaw I saw is you did not run the 3.0 - 3.1 or 3.1 - 3.11 upgrades and the install phrases.

Once I saw your error of can not find pp_phrases table I ran the upgrades meantioned and your site is fine that I can see because its closed.
