photo classifieds 3.03 install/upgrade

I transfered over the photo classifieds and everything seems to be working, how-ever the images aren't showing up.

the page is

Surfpulse Buy and Sell - Main Index

I've made a test account called chuck with a password of chuck

I've checked the error logs, and nothing shows up. Users can post ads, and do everything else. Its just the pictures never show up for the ads

Thanks

If you transfered this application to a new server did you set the data and uploads directories at every level to 777 via ftp and then in admin global options place the correct new server paths to those directories in the settings where asked?

surfpulse November 2nd, 2008 11:59 AM

yep, I just checked and verified that

drwxrwxrwx 3 apache apache 4096 Aug 20 13:06 uploads

This server is also running photopost and everything is working correctly for photopost. I also reverified the paths as well.

From past experience, errors would show up in the log when the paths or something was incorrect. how-ever at this point nothing is showing up in the logs.

If you want, please change the password on the user 'chuck' and I'll give the account admin rights for further testing.

You server paths would be wrong or safe mode is on.

Man, it really is just having a second set of eyes. I know I stared at that a few times!

Thanks again for finding it and helping me get it fixed!
