Installation Error 3.7.3PL1

Hello,

After a few errors during the install, which I fixed by looking at the FAQs and two threads here, I'm not getting one final error:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.
Does anyone know what's causing this error?

Thanks in advance.

Well put simply I was getting errors covered by FAQ 2 and 5 of the Classifieds FAQ thread.

http://www.photopost.com/forum/photo...solutions.html

Which I fixed by following the solutions in the FAQ.

Okay well if you have not correctly fixed the issue you could still have issues.

When logged in as admin in global options set the debug option to display errors and lets see if it prints the true error. Which gallery did you install 6.11 or 6.2?

Which gallery?

Thi is the error I'm getting when set to debug:

Quote:

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

Script:

Query: SELECT amt_sold,ads_sold FROM vb3_stats

Result: Unknown column 'amt_sold' in 'field list'

Database handle: Resource id #25

Do you install Photopost classifieds with the same table prefix as your vbulletin

That could be your issue as classifieds would usually be installed with its own prefix like cp_

Puntoboy September 21st, 2008 02:33 PM

Well I'm certain I changed it to vb3_ but I will check.

Chuck S September 21st, 2008 03:33 PM

Thats why you have your issue you can not install our table prefix to the same as vbulletin as you would have issues with conflicting with vbulletin and vb hacks. Our table prefix must be unique try reinstalling with the default prefix of cp_

Oh I see, I miss read the instructions.

I'll try again.

Thanks.

yes you install classifieds with its own prefix and on step 4 when you select your integration thats where you place the forum table prefix cookie prefix etc.

Puntoboy September 21st, 2008 03:39 PM

Seems to have done the trick.

Thanks again.
