Registration problem

New users cannot register. We get "an error occurred" message.

We experienced a problem adding your account. Please contact the System Administrator!

When I try to register and use the same email address the program complains, so it appears to be looking at the database.

Yes, deleting the strict trans tables statement from my.ini allows new users to properly register.

# Set the SQL mode to strict
sql-mode="STRICT_TRANS_TABLES,NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION"
