Missing usergroups table after installation

I just installed Classifieds (downloaded it from the member's area about 2 hrs ago) and I wasn't recognized as admin when I tried to go to the admin panel. I'm using vB3 integration and it does recognize me with my name. I also have photopost gallery (which I have been using for 3 yrs and absolutely love!), so I checked out my database to see if I could figure out what's wrong, by comparing the two. And then I saw that I don't have a usergroup table for Classifieds. Is that's what's causing my problem? I seem to remember having a similar issue when I installed the gallery for the first time. If I'm correct, could someone please post the sql command I can run to get the table?

If you run the install there should be a usergroups table created. Here is the SQL if you wish to try it manually but you will need to run install afterwards to populate it with the usergroups
