Upgrade error

I just tried to upgrade from 2.61 to 3.01.

I thought the upgrade ran ok, but
It brings up an error on the index

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/teambuic/public_html/classifieds/pp-inc.php on line 3575

It seems to be related to pp-inc.php because when I replace that with the old file all seem well.

Should I upload the new file again then rerun the upgrade script?

Working great! For whatever reason I didn't overwrite files...

yeah ftp does get whacky at times.
