Unhappy Permissions after install

Hello,
A) successfully installed PPC and went into admin to set up all features.
B) must have accidentally set the VB3 Superuser account to no longer have admin rights in PPC.
C) re-ran install which ignored the existing databse content

How do I reset the account permissions ?
Can I do it in the DB (SQL) without blowing everythign away?

Thanks,
- Bill

What type of install is this standalone or with a forum.

You can go into your server control panel and view the database and in the usergroups table set the cpaccess to 1 for the admin usergroup that will get you in
