Having issues with admin account

I have installed the latest version of Vbulletin and PP Classifieds. I have integrated the classifieds with VB and that seems to work fine. This is a fresh install so there are no mods to the site yet other than a style I created. Anyway, my problem is that when I log onto the classifieds with the account that is an admin in VB, I do not get the Admin option. It looks like I am recognized as a regular user.

I have deleted all the classifieds tables from the database and all the files as well the reinstalled several times with the same issue.

Any clues?

Please post a URL and test login here for us to look at and respond to what your issue might be. I need to see how the login process is working.

Not really I just got back online so my next stop is our helpdesk ticket to see if you had replied to my last email so any responses we can discuss in that ticket thanks.
