Vb 3.6.6

since upgrading to VB 3.6.6 their is a problem integrating classifieds.

it brings the forum Index.php page almost to a stop.

these are the lines causing the problem

include('./classifieds/inc_ads.php');
include('./classifieds/inc_classifieds.php');

remove these, and the forum flies again.

put it back and it almost stops.

does this need to be changed?

Nothing changes with out stuff that I know of concerning that mod. Make sure the $link and mysql_select_db lines are filled out with the right info and see if it works

Hi Chuck,

It was the config that was wrong... we had moved server just before upgrading, and the path was not changed, po the classifieds was not working at all..

seemed this was slowing the forum down.

All fixed Now...

I have just renewed my licence and upgraded to the lates version....
now the images in the classifieds home page do not appear.

I have checked the path to ImageMagick and it matches that i have on my vb forum, and the image works in their.........

Also since the upgrade, the forum came to a stop again..... with
include('./classifieds/inc_ads.php');

remove this and back to full speed..... I guess its slowing down due to the problem displaying images.

How do i fix this?

I would suggest you go back to that plugin installation instructions. No doubt you need to uncomment and fill out the proper database info for the $link and mysql_select_db lines in inc_ads.php because you have them in separate databases
