I am "up and running" (at least partially) but I can't log into the Admin control panel for ppclassifieds. I've checked the file pathes and settings numerous times and they look good.
When I attempt to login to the Admin area via the .../adm-index.php URL I get a "Invalid login. Please check your username and password, or register." message.
If I login to vbulletin first then hit the Admin login (.../adm-index.php) URL and then login to ppclassifieds I get welcomed in and sent to index.php and not the Admincp. From there if I hit the "Admin" link I get sent to the .../adm-index.php login.
When I login (again) from there, I goto index.php and not the admin area.
I'd rather not post my forum info right now. Send me a PM and I'll reply with my forum info, login info and URL's.
If it loops make sure to rerun install make sure your vb license number is correct on the config part and then on step 4 make sure you put your vb cookie prefix of bb usually where asked

My solution for this issue was that I wasn't pointing to the correct database for V3 intergration.
