Installation issues

I am doing and installation of ppclassifieds and everything goes fine until step 5. I keep running across this error at the top of the screen:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/forums/photopost.php on line 293

The rest of step 5 comes up but when the logon screen comes up I get this error on top of the screen:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/forums/photopost.php on line 25

I assume they are related

I am attepting to do the integration with a fresh install of VBulletin latest version and a virgin install.

What did I do wrong?

Have you input the correct table prefix you use for your vbulletin on step 4 as well as select the proper integration cause what I am seeing is you are trying to integrate with photopost not vb3

Settings correct

Yes the settings are correct in step 4. Should I go back and check previous steps?

If I try to go through ignoring the errors and then try to logon I get this:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 64

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Don't know if it helps.

The settings are not correct. If you have installed with vb3 integration you would not get this issue. You have not selected vb3 from the dropdown on step 4

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Next your last error is because on that last step the path to your vbulletin forum is not correct. You can edit config-int.php and in the $vbpath line set the proper path to vbulletin forum

Ok, I missed that part. Now it went all the way through to the logon screen but now I get this error when I try to log in:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 64

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

What did I miss this time?

By config-int.php do you mean the config-intc.php or the config-inc.php since I do not find a config-int.php

Related issue

Hi, seems that admin is and has been working but when I try to get the main pages to come up I still get that same error as before. Re-pasted below (same error as before)

I did go in and set the paths so I can only guess I did them wrong. I need to see an example of what a correct config-intc.php looks like since mine isn't working right.

When I go to user index this is what I get:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 64

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Warning: main(./global.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mstanfa6/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 65

The admin was working but when I go to the index it didn't. I am tempted to just reinstall it at this point might be easier. I had not tested the index only saw the admin was working.

If you can not view your site at the index the variable $vbpath which is your forum server path in the config-intc.php file is simply INCORRECT and you need to ftp to your server edit that file and correct the path.

You can try reinstalling if you choose also but same thing you need to ensure you are not making the same mistakes you have been making double checking the information your entering. Now recapping this thread there are two things if you want to do a reinstall that you should recheck carefully

1. On step 4 make sure you are selecting vb3 from the dropdown cause on your initial install you had not done so.

2. On the last step when you fill out the edit integration settings to turn on the vb3 enhanced integration make sure the server path to the forum is correct

personally since you seem to be properly installed except this one item number 2 I would suggest you instead simply do the ftp edit of the file noted and correct the path.

Ok. The reinstall took fine and it does pull up the index.php now when I click on back to user index.
