Stuck on Step #4 of Installation Script

I successfully made it past steps #1-#3 but I'm having repeated problems with Step #4. I have created a stand-alone db for the PhotoPost Classifieds and I assume it was all correct if I've made it this far, but I keep getting the following error msg after entering my data in the req'd fields for Step #4:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'nobody'@'localhost' (using password: NO) in /home/*****/public_html/buysell/install.php on line 1082
I cannot connect to the Members database.

Go ahead and delete this post ... I resolved the issue on my own with more trial and error. It would help if the instructions on Step #2 of the installation script were more detailed and explicit.
