They do not participate on this support forum and unless you give me something to work with here as your email there is not much I can pass along cause I do not know who you are. I do need to know who or what to tell them to search for if I am able to help

Yes I see the one you sent to support but no other in our system. I have assigned it to our head customer service agent so you should be recieving an install document to sign and send back which is the standard liability document giving us access to do the install.

Yes we did get the one this morning. You might still want to check your email filters though as multiple people have emailed you and it seems it takes multiple emails to get a response so something is not right
