Error 126 everytime image is uploaded

I got error 126 everytime I try to upload image as a user, I can only manage to upload image of less than 3kb, most of the photograph are more than 1000kb and can never be uploaded, what could be the problem, can somebody help

Try setting your image processor to GD2 under global options and see if this helps

Looks to me like your imagemagick is not installed correctly on your server
