Missing CSS elements
On this install the VB CSS is missing from the body. Any thoughts where we have gone wrong.

In Admin => Forum Settings set Use Forum Style to YES

Your not using vb3 integration. Your classifieds is installed as a standalone integration. Reinstall and install it to integrate with your vb3 forum.
