CGI Error upon upload version 2.5

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

Windows server 2003 Enterprise
IIS 6.0
VB3 Intergration VB 3.5.4
Mysql 4.1.14
PHP 5.0.5

When uploading a picture it kicks back the CGI error. What next?

Mysql 1.17??

On a windows server make sure everyone has READ WRITE EXECUTE permissions on the data and uploads directories. Especially IWAM and IUSER accounts.

I don't know where I got that version #. It's mysql 4.1.14-nt
Permissions are wide open. Still getting error.

Sooo I started poking around in the admin panel. Even though I had set images to go through GD2 in the installation process it still had imagemagik. I set it to GD2 in admin and boom. It works. Go figure...
