CL 2.5: notification of upload goes out before paypal payment is made

If users want to be notified of new uploads in a category, they get e-mail notifications about new ads, even if the ad is not visible because of the lack of paypal payment.

So they go to classifieds with that link, thinking there is a new ad, but there is none. An alert appears like "payment was not made yet".

How can I force CL 2.5 to send only e.mails out, if the ad was really paid and is visible? Would be a lot more convenient. This is nothing "critical" but still logical to change.

If this is too much work for now, I would suggest this for the next release...

You could add this in bold in image-inc.php

mmmhhh,

now no e-mail gets sent at all, although user was in a usergroup who does not have to use paypal and got immediatly automatically approved.

I can not test it currently with a real payment...

correction:

If I use $moderate it works only for the suergroup, who is alowed to upload without paying anything.

If a normal user without this privilege is uploading now and does not pay, the e-mail alert goes still out

Sorry for this confusion.

Any idea how to reflect these 2 "usergroups" at the same time?
