errors while trying to log into admin cp.

I am getting this on the main Classifieds index page and when i try to log into the classifieds admin cp.

Can anyone tell me how to correct this?

On install an improper server path to vbulletin was entered on the last step. Edit your config-intc.php file and place the proper path to your vbulletin forum in the $vbpath line

Hi Chuck.

My forum is located on my main path, and not a Sub folder.

so i put /home/sorco/public_html/ in this field.

was i meant to upload the files in the Forum folder into the main forum page? as i just left them in the forum folder and uploaded the entire folder.

Ok i have found as you said in the config-intc.php file an improper server path to vbulletin was entered, although i could have sworn it was right.

I now have the problem of not being able to log into the Admin Cp. It says thankyou for logging in. and immediatly logs me out and places me at the classifieds/index.php page not the adm-index page.

Any ideas or should i start a seperat thread for this seperate issue?

Hello many threads on this forum about cookies and vb3

On install did you enter in the main config your vblicense number when asked correctly? not customer number?

Also on install you are asked the cookie prefix for the forum and by default it is bb. Did you enter this?

I suggest you just run through install one more time and don't mind the duplicate mysql errors and just rerun through everything making sure you answer everything correctly now that you know your mistakes.

Ideal. i had put my Customer Number in and did not put in bb for the default cookies.
