Hello

Have you on install verified that you set the data directory and all of children at every level to 777?

Also verify the server path to ensure it is correct your error message above has the path as only /pp-classifieds.

Chuck can you give me a little more detail than what is in the instructions on how to do this? Where do I go to see these settings and change them if I need to?

Secondly...should it be /pp-classifieds/images

I am hosted with godaddy...and here is all there help tells me:

ImageMagick is a powerful set of image manipulation utilities that you can access through your code to create, edit, and compose bitmap images. There are many Web applications that use ImageMagick to manipulate images, or, if you're an experienced programmer, you can use Perl or PHP to access ImageMagick's convert utility.

The convert path to ImageMagick on our servers, is:

/usr/bin/

I would suggest you try using

/usr/bin/mogrify

As far as CHMOD you can ftp to your site and right click your data directories one by one and do 777 on them

Here is the install instructions
