Weird Buy It Now Problem Buyer is Seller??

Yesterday my user Sudancat listed a guitar body for sale for $70. He checked the option to use Buy It Now.

Later that same day, my user DmnLaster clicked on the Buy it Now link to buy the body. He processed his purchase through PayPal and the seller received a PayPal reciept for the transaction.

Then he got an email from my Classifieds notifying him of the sale and it had his username and his email address as both the Buyer and the Seller. It reads:

I have triple checked with the Seller Sudancat... the item was bought with Buy It Now by user DmnLaster. The seller was able to contact him through the PayPal Receipt.

This is really weird. What could cause this???
