Statistics Pal Not accurate

I've had my PPClassifieds up for 2 days. Currently, I have 40 ads and two items have sold for a total of $645. The Statistics Pal on the index page says there are 18 active ads and $575 in sales.

I tried rescaning the DB in Admin. I just checked the 'stats' table in phpadmin and it has the correct number of sales and the correct dollar amount.

Also the who's online pal at the bottom of index has the wrong number of active ads.

Any ideas?

I have worked on this some more last night. I tried changing the stats table in the db and the number in the statspal does not change.

I reuploaded all the files (except configs) from the March 18th build and changed ALL of the permissions to 777 on all the files.

And still no updating of ad counts. It still shows 18 ads both in the statsPal and in the who's online below. Yet the stats in the admin area shows 44 products.

The number of views in Admin is 3,092 but in the statspal its 1294.

I've rescanned the database a dozen times and tried looking at this from many different browsers so it's not a cache problem or anything.

Well before we go saying things are wrong we need to consider the queries and what they are grabbing. I have never seen an issue with them being incorrect here.

Basically the amount sold and the number of ads sold is recieved from your stats table and this is going to be what is reported in the stats.

I would be interested in how you are determining the amount sold is wrong. If you collected money from an ad that was not processed or marked sold in the system?

As far as admin statistics and main page statistics views and product count the queries are the same so have you tried turning off the cache?

Admin => Global Options set cache to no and timeout to 0

Great thanks. I turned off the cache and that fixed the StatsPal. Views, $ Sold, Ad count and # of members all are correct now

Now, I've just got the other problems I've posted about here since yesterday. It would be great if they all turn out to be this easy.

yes you should be able to reload the cache
