Sorry I sounded so testy on previous upgrades. the problems never happened at the right times.
You might want to take a minute on the upgrade documentation to clear up the confusion on uploading the scripts needed, and if a directory needs to be CMOD to delete files (I can see some people freaking and stop from continuing the next step when seeing all of those errors) -- and add the word delete in the Upgrade.php for the zipData. I'll bet it will save time and grief in the future.
I know this is not just a fun job -- as I own a software company that employees about 20 for just one application with less than 100 installs (very expensive software lol ). It is a bear supporting when documentation is weak -- or people to weak to use documentation. If you've ever used phpadnew or zencart -- their investment in good documentation eases the stress on them and the user.
Anyway -- I think I told you that I once used a different classified ad program -- and yours has their beat hands down.
