CL 2.5: Search function does not work

CL 2.5: Search function does not work

If I eneter a keyword in the field (search all fields ) or a username in the username field and do a search the following error appears:

Sorry Your Zip Code was found in our Database. Please check to ensure you have entered it correctly!

Ho can I fix this?
