upgrade error: header-inc.php on line 11

Hi

I just upgraded from 2.42 to 2.5. I use a stand alone installtion, no integration with anything.

all 3 steps run smoothly (except I have this error because of my costumize hack probably: Performing MySQL command: ALTER TABLE ppboersede_usergroups ADD payment INT(3) DEFAULT '0' NOT NULL ... Error: Duplicate column name 'payment')

After the last step finishes successfully, I try to get on the site and I get this error:

What could be the reason?

Addendum: I kept the old config and config-intc file in the directory, was this wrong?

Just forget it, found the problem:

it was the config-intc.php file missing. The old one has a slightly different name, it is lacking the "c" at the end (config-int.php)

Now I see everything and will test from here.

i think thats a typo

require "config-intc.php";

seems to me should be

require "config-int.php";

works fine.

No it is config-intc.php and he already had a hack that added that name to his usergroups table.
