Heeeeelp!!! Install failing...

I installed 2.42 yesterday and everything was running OK, however I upgraded to VB3.5.3 and for the sake of moving around my forum path I blew away (deleted folder and dropped the tables) the Classifieds install in hopes to reinstall it... however after multiple attempts with a fresh copy of 2.42 and 2.5... I keep getting "page can't be Displayed" after clicking Step 3. Is there something else I have to do when uninstalling this... Any ideas?

I think your having an issue trying to import the zipcode sql database. You may PM me a url etc and I will take a look for you.
