zipData File size?
Installed PP Classifieds and during the install the server had problems so to make a long story short we had to go thru the install 3 times to get it installed. What I need to know is should there be a 20 meg zipData file in mysql or has something gone wrong?

No the zipfile is 7.5 mg itself in mysql. Try empting that table and use the upgrade to reinstall the zipcode database
