Installation errors
 

I'm trying to do a clean install of PPClassifieds and am getting the followung error:
Warning: fopen(config-inc.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\WebSites\hangout\classifieds\install.php on line 288

Warning: fopen(config-inc.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\WebSites\hangout\classifieds\install.php on line 291
We are unable to open the config-inc.php file for writing (nor can we change the permissions.
Please make the config-inc.php writable so we can save your information and restart your install.

Permissions are OK on the directory. Any ideas?

You need to make the config file 666 writable.
