I get the following Error when creating the categories

My data directory has all the permissions (777) and it does create the category even after telling me that. Now notice that theres a missing "/" after data... Ive checked and double checked and I have all my slashes after data where they should be... config-int for instancfe, ive tried with and without slash at the end and still same error.
And of course, when I try to upload it gives me an error because of the same "/"
