Login accepted but will not work corrrectly

I finally got it to install, but when i try to log in, it says "thank you for logging in" and then I get redirected back to the same page like I never logged in on the first place.
Ive read the forums, and the only thing I could find was to se the cookies to "bb" which I did and it didnt help.

Heres the login page so you can see for yourselves:
www.cornislandclassifieds.com
Login: test
pass: test

Ok heres some info:
Fedora Core 3 Linux Dedicated server full access, Mysql 3.23.

Thanks!

Your issue your running them on two separate domains. Logging in using the vbulletin integration when they are installed on separate domains is not going to work.

cookies only work on one domain

it figures....

So what do you suggest for me to do ??

I'm running on the same domain, but I'm getting the same issue as he is. Its almost like a recursive login. I log in, click Admin and then it asks me for a login again.

I am running vBulleting 3.0.7, and I picked VB3 when I was performing the installation. That section was a little confusing, as I didn't know if the VB3 was referring to VB3 BETA (the new one -- 3.5 now) or also included the legacy Vb 3.0.x releases.

Not much I can suggest except install them on the same domain if you want em to be integrated login. You can post the little mad face but thats a limitation on cookies not our software.

packet

You forgot your vbulletin cookie prefix on install. Just set cookie prefix to bb in the cookie settings of photopost and you should be fine

Chuck, thanks for the quick response. I figured that out from using the search engine here, before reading your post.

Thanks again. It works perfectly now.
