designated time(30 days)

My classifieds are not dropping out after the designated time(30 days) where do I check on this please.

Have you set up the cron script? This would be a server level task or through your control panel usually you need shell access to do this

Cron Job: sendnotice.php

You can also weekly if you want simply run sendnotice.php in your browser
