User login question

I search and read everything I can find and cannot seem to find an answer.

Just installed PhotoPost Classifieds on my website with VB 3.5 and Subdreamer 2.2.2

When I login into my site by using the subdreamer or VB login panel everything on the rest of the site works fine. No matter what I do, photopost never shows logged in. I used the prefix pp_ in a seperate database for installation and the VB tables have no prefix. Also my cookie settings for the forums are "/".

The bottom of the classifieds show 791 users and the user groups from VB show up in the classifieds admin panel so something is working.

I can log in and out directly on the classifieds. Just seems it should already know.

Also I cannot use the "Do you want to enable the vB3 Integration which uses your vB3 headers, footers and styles?" Nothing but errors when I try to view the classifieds.

Thanks,
Jeff

Hello couple issues I see

First off cookie cookie cookies

Classifieds must be set exactly like vbulletin

1. cookie domain must match vbulletin

2. cookie path must be /

3 cookie prefix must match vbulletin and is usually bb by default

4 vblicense must be entered in classifieds config.inc.php file not the customer number. You can find the license number at the top of most your vbulletin files

Next your integration. You must edit the integration options in admin and make sure the proper paths to vbulletin and classifieds are entered as well as url's. If your recieving errors then your path's are not correct.

what do you mean cookie path is /

This must be set in both products for cookies to be site wide

Your cookie settings are in admin or if you can not get there in the settings table settings 213-215

Got it worked out.

If it helps anyone else.

My VB3 forum is set to,
path to cookies: /
cookie domain: "blank"
cookie name: " " (empty), found in config file.

PhotoPost Classifieds set to,
path to cookies: /
cookie domain: "blank"
cookie name: "bb"

With help here it certainly put me into the right direction.
Ended up using Fire Fox so I could see what cookies were used for VB then rechecked for PhotoPost and found my difference.

Thanks for the help Chuck.
