Would Like a Classifieds FAQ

I want a classifieds FAQ for the users to read about posting, listing, rules, etc....
Is there anyway I can have one like VBulletin or vbPortal? Or do i just need to go back to coding HTML and adding the link on the main page or the NavBar...?

well You could write up a post faq's for them however if your making a product suggestion for us to add a FAQ for a future version then you could post in the suggestions forum.
