Question How to edit what is sent in e-mail renewel notice

How to edit what is sent in e-mail renewel notice, would like to know where this is?

As need to edit some wording, as some of my ads are not all items for sale?
Or is this just for Items for sale?

Anyway would like to know if seperate files etc.

testbot, your ad on Exchange UK is going to expire in 2 days.

If you have not sold your product and wish to renew your ad for an additional 30 days, please click on the link below:

As the above really refers to a house property "Sold your Product" is not apropriate wording. That's what I want to change, I have already hunted e-mail in laguages but aconnot find any wording that corresponds to what I want to edit. Besides in some content it's pointing to global wording!

Tottally confused.
Help.
Thanks

It just seems mor fitting site wide, as the system uses not just Products sold, it offers services etc......
