Hello upon install we ask for the prefix of the vbulletin tables.
The error you are getting suggests you did not enter the table prefix
rerun install.php and make sure the vbulletin database settings are correct and when it asks for the forum table prefix enter the proper one.

I dont think our VB database has any prefix. I checked through myPHP Admin and all tables are just named their default names. So I left that field blank.

thats easy openbase is on so just remove the bogus paths and that error will go away
As far as the prefix thing thats a database error which tells me it cant authenticate you
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/httpd/vhosts/spinquad.com/httpdocs/pp-classifieds/forums/vb3.php on line 25
Line 25 is the result of the users table query. It cant not find that table because you have either the table prefix or database information wrong.

In global options in admin you can change the header footer headtags paths and clear them
As far as the table prefix error just make sure your using the correct database info to connect to the proper table and database
