Error After installation

Dear sir,
after installation of this script we find following error

So please advise me how to remove this error

Yes your server has open_basedir restrictions in effect so bogus paths wont work. So what you need to do is go to global options in admin and empty the lines for header footer and headtags or point to the correct server path to those files to load over your applications

Check in your config file that your ppath is set as it looks to me its empty
