No not the structure of the table fields the actual inserts. Is there one named administrators with a groupid value of 6 and a cpaccess set to 1

You dont have an admin insert. Make sure to replace with your classifieds table prefix is different

INSERT INTO pp_usergroups VALUES (6,'Administrator',1,1,1,1,0,1,1,0,1,1,1)

um.... okay, thats about my limit as far as phpmyadmin goes.... im not very fluent.

Your usergroups did not get created as I stated and this was because you did not install correctly with the vb table prefix so there was no way to import groups. You should be fine now

thanks so much.

as for usergroups i simply want all registered users (not guests) to be able to view and post ads, anything specific i should do?

Just set usergroup and category permissions in admin to the settings you want

yeah, i got that all set up...... only issue ive run into so far is this:

Error creating directory /home/topshelf/domains/topshelfexotic.com/public_html/vbulletin/classifieds/data3. Check permissions of your data directory.

got it when adding a category and all my chmod settings for that dir and the dirs underneath are already modified to allow alterations

nvm.. figured it out. for some reason i needed a "/" on the end of the data path lol

man, nothing but stupid little errors....... thanks so much for putting up with me!

i tested making an add, when posting i got the following error(s)

"Warning: unlink(/home/topshelf/domains/topshelfexotic.com/public_html/vbulletin/classifieds/data/7/15518redmale3-thumb.jpg): No such file or directory in /classifieds/image-inc.php on line 287"

"Error creating resized original! Error code: 127 "


DOAH! nevermind... switching to GD2 fixed it...

man i keep jumping the gun...... after the initial fiasco im afraid i wont be able to fix what i find wrong!
