missing 'place an add' link

well this is odd, the reason i wanted to bold the link 'place an add' is becasue i thought some of my members were blind, but it seems the link is not actually showing at all, even my moderators can see the link, i've checked the permissions and it shows them as having the rights to post and do anythign else...

i now know why its been so quiet in the sales section as that was a very busy section before we switched to classifieds.

the screen shot is from a moderator.

Any ideas?

I Just asked some of them to check that they show logged in at the top and bottom and it does... ooooeeerrr

ok i did this >> global $up_k, $disk_k, $useruploads, $usercomment, $cedit;

and i created a new mod account and i can see the link but its not in bold and red as how it is when i am looking at it as a admin... why is this, does that mean that any members dont see it in bold, red too... i thought thats the change i made the other day that made it bold and red for everyone?
