Admin upload ad process

Hello, I am running 2.4 classifieds with paypal paiment enable.
I want to upload some Ads myself (as Admin) without having to pay.
I tried to use the following options (one or both) but it ends up in different errors :

Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory
Files should already be in: /home/www/gliderstyle.net/classifieds/uploads/1
Click here to bypass approval process and upload all files in directory
Files should already be in: /home/www/gliderstyle.net/classifieds/uploads/1

Can somebody explain how to correctly use these options. Wha is meant by files ? only the pictures ? or something else ?

You need to upload files to your uploads directory to use those options as they need to exist there

If you get an error please post what your doing and what error so I can assist

Hi,
I login as administrator and select Place an Ad.
I upload the pictures in uploads/1 via FTP.
I fill in the data for the id (I tried with and without pictures).
I check the two checkboxes in the bulk uploads admin option. Then I press submit.
Then I receive the message : "preparing to proceed Ad list".
A few seconds later on this page I receive an error message that disappears after a few seconds : processing 1 ... /home/classifieds/data/25/Gliderstyle1 (25)
ERROR! unknown file type /home/classifieds/data/25/Gliderstyle1

I am not familiar to this procedure and it is the first time I try to use it.

okay well gliderstyle1 doesnt have an extention on it? It should be .jpg .gif .png etc

Ok,
but all my pictures have a .JPG extension in upload directory.
Gliderstyle is the name of my site (http://www.gliderstyle.net) and I don't have any file with that name in the upload directory.

well usually I would expect to see this

processing 1 ... /home/classifieds/data/25/Gliderstyle1.jpg

thats why I asked

cant say more without ftp access and login as well as url and board login. I test this on my install and it works.

Lets try to solve it step by step. When I select this option :
Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory
Files should already be in: /home/www/gliderstyle.net/classifieds/uploads/1

I receive a message for a few seconds that says : Preparing to process Ad list and then I have a new page like you can see on the attachment. On that page when I push on the "Process Files" button, I come into a loop back to that page endlessly.

These are the two urls I get on that page (bulkupload.php) when pushing successively on the "Process Files" button :
