can't upload ads after changing hosts

I recently changed webhosts and after uploading the files and restoring the database then changing the config-inc.php and config-int I'm getting the following errors when trying to upload an ad. This is integrated with vb3 which is working fine and the PPClassifieds looks fine (all ads and info are intact) but the upload isn't functioning. The path is correct.
Any suggestions on what to try are appreciated.

Check the permissions on your new server's directories, its saying that it doesnt have permission to the data/15 directory.

It was permissions and a typo but I got it going. If all goes well with this host I'll be adding PhotoPost for a gallery to my site in 3-6 weeks.
