I've had to refomat by hardrive and I need to download the files to re-install the adm-approve file but I cannot seem to access it. I know I haven't reached past 12mths. Am I missing something ?
If you own multiple licenses your issue would be that you have cached in your browser a license type that does not belong to the license members area your in.
Hense delete your cache cookies and close your browser. Then reopen your browser and type in the username and password for the members area that belongs to the license in question.
