Fatal error when uploading some images...

Since upgrading to the most recent version of PP_Classifieds - we are now getting the following error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6144 bytes) in /var/www/html/pp-classifieds/image-inc.php on line 104

...when uploading some images.

Before this upgrade - there were no problems. The only way around this was to shrink the images below what is lested as the maximum size - and to only upload one image - then edit product - add second image - then edit product - add thrid image.

Auto-resize image is also set to ON - so this shouldn't be a problem.

Any insight???

add this

ini_set("memory_limit", "32M");
