2.11 to 2.3 problem

All goes well with the upgrade except that with the uploadproduct.php in the main directory, placing an ad stays at step one and doesn't go to step two. But when the uploadproduct.php from 2.11 is uploaded placing an ad works.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have uploaded all the required files. You probally have some conflicts between old and new files.

I have re-uploaded all the files and I'm sure I haven't missed any but the problem is still the same. Placing an ad stays at step 1 - the page just reloads to step 1. Yet the uploadproduct.php from 2.11 works. Could the problem be with the VB3 enhanced files I've uploaded to the templates directory?

Have I missed something? I haven't seen any announcement of PhotoPost Classifieds 2.3 - only 2.3. My access to download PhotoPost Classifieds has expired and I haven't renewed it yet - a year down the line and I still don't have classifieds installed on my site. It just doesn't meet the grade yet (many other people on this board have said the same) and it seems that the development team have put all of their energy into Photopost and Reviewpost. I've asked many times on this forum what the road ahead looks like for classifieds and it feels like my questions are falling on deaf ears - never once has there been a reply. Maybe it's time to look around and see what else is on offer in terms of classifieds software.
