Well your issue is simple. You need to be admin to reimport the usergroups.

Thus in phpmyadmin you might want to run this query in your classifieds database with the proper prefix then reimport

INSERT INTO usergroups VALUES ('2','Admin',1,1,1,1,0,1,1,0,1,1,1)

ran that, then tried re-importing it and it shows


Warning: array_key_exists(): The second argument should be either an array or an object in /home/fhlinux199/s/user/htdocs/forums/phpbb2.php on line 432
Error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

and it doesnt import any other groups

it seems to use phpbb2mysql_data as the cookie prefix

although its cookieprefix in databse is sdancer_
if thats relevant??

Okay lets redo this from scratch

Try replacing your entire import usergroups function is replaced with this

Then make sure your admin is entered and try reimporting the groups

right updated the code, and re-ran import

it now shows

Error: Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

and the list still doesnt update
