I put the vbpath in the config-int.php and now I am getting:

Try using a full path and not a realtive path; like:

/home/sites/mysite/classifieds

This is what is in my config-int.php

// We need to know the server paths to both your vB installation and your Classifieds installation
$vbpath = "/home/twinter/public_html/forums";
$pppath = "/home/twinter/public_html/pp-classifieds";

Check to ensure in your config.inc.php file your $PP_PATH is set to this also

/home/twinter/public_html/pp-classifieds
