I need help.

Members that had successful transactions with sellers are trying to figure out how to leave feedback for the seller after the transaction closed. Can someone please explain to me where these members go to leave feedback?

I have tried searching for the auction that they one but it is no longer in the system. Also, when they try to search for the seller using the search feature, they don't appear because they don't have a live auction.

That's just it. How do I find the member's profile within Classifieds if a search doesn't reveal the seller and there are no live auctions? I would think I could use the search function to find all vB members?

When I use the Classified search for a user, it doesn't find this seller or any seller that is not active. Please give it a shot. The user is MatPat.

I am trying to find the profile in Classified.

Right if you delete all ads then there is nothing to find.

I do beleive the script is operating as it should.

We can always provide in a future version a more intuitive way of finding users when they have no ads anymore. I already have an idea in mind

We didn't delete the ads manually. Is this an automatic pruning feature that I need to turn off?

I think the idea for the next version would be very welcomed.
